Both the partners of the firm are Architects-Urban Designers with more than 25 years' experience.

Role Description

• This is a full-time, studio-based role in Bhopal.

• The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts under the guidance of the partners, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating designs from concept through construction documentation.

• Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with partners and external stakeholders such as clients, contractors & structural, MEP consultants. The role involves participating in client meetings, supporting project management activities and conducting site visits to review implementation and address design-related issues.

• The Architect will also contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and tools within Designex.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp etc)

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and construction teams, and to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.

• Previous experience in architectural practice or design firms will be good. But the freshers are also welcome to apply for this position.
