This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located at our office in South Delhi. The role involves designing and managing architecture projects, creating comprehensive architectural plans, ensuring seamless project execution, and integrating advanced sustainable practices. The Architect will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions.
- Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design, with an emphasis on sustainability and modern methodologies
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and knowledge of software development processes to support designs
- Expertise in project management for architecture-related initiatives, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities with a focus on client satisfaction
- Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is desirable
- Prior experience in managing large-scale residential, hospitality, or corporate projects is a plus
