JD for AWS EKS Lead  (6B/7A) –
•    14+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in cloud architecture, including 6+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
•    Lead the end-to-end architecture and execution of migration from VMware/onprem to AWS EKS and native cloud services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
•    Design and implement containerized platforms using Kubernetes/EKS, including cluster architecture, networking, security, and multi-environment strategies.
•    Define migration strategies for applications and databases, enabling seamless transition to microservices-based and cloud-native architectures.
•    Deep expertise in AWS services such as EKS, VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudWatch, and integration with DevOps toolchains.
•    Drive infrastructure automation using IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation) and enable CI/CD pipelines for application and platform deployment.
•    Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, governance, and cost optimization (FinOps) practices across the cloud estate.
•    Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for successful delivery and stabilization of the migration program.
