Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Architect to join our team in Gurgaon for the US Shift (2:00 PM 11:00 PM). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design, construction documentation, and coordination, with proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
• Prepare design development and working drawings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, codes, and quality standards.
• Review and update drawings based on design revisions.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• 38 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred).
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in the US Shift (2:00 PM 11:00 PM).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on international projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
