Location: Mira Road (510 minutes walking distance from Mira Road East Railway Station)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 56 years of experience in architectural planning, design development, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in redevelopment projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
• Develop designs in compliance with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
• Handle architectural planning and coordination for redevelopment project
• Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and manage construction drawings and design documentation
• Conduct site visits and provide solutions for design and execution-related issue
• Assist in project planning, design development, and statutory approvals.
• Ensure timely delivery of project drawings and documentation
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project-related documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 56 years of relevant experience as an Architect
• Redevelopment project experience is mandatory
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, building regulations, and design standards.
• Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
