Architect 3D Visualizer

Role Description The Architect 3D Visualizer will create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs to support architectural and interior design projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting architectural concepts, developing detailed 3D models, collaborating with designers and project managers, and refining visuals based on feedback.

The role involves integrating design intent with technical accuracy, preparing presentation-ready materials, and ensuring consistency with project specifications and timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula, Haryana, requiring close collaboration with the local design team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed 3D models and visual narratives.
• Experience with Software Development or technical workflows related to visualization tools, and Integration of various design and rendering software in the production pipeline.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional design and engineering teams.
• Advanced skills in 3D visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino), rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape), and image editing software (e.g., Photoshop), will be preferred.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio demonstrating architectural visualizations and renders.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work on-site in Panchkula, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary, design-led environment.
