Job Summary:

Experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with over 10 years of expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Proven track record in managing end-to-end AR operations, including hospital billing and physician (professional) billing. Skilled in optimizing collections, reducing AR aging, and ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee AR processes for US healthcare clients, including hospital and physician billing
• Lead teams handling claim follow-ups, denial management, and payment posting
• Monitor AR aging reports and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other US healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within RCM workflows
• Prepare and present performance reports, KPIs, and client updates

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of US healthcare RCM, AR follow-ups, and denial management
• Experience in both hospital (facility) and physician (professional) billing
• Expertise in payer guidelines and reimbursement processes
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with RCM tools and billing software
