Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced AR Training Manager with 10+ years in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Responsible for leading training initiatives across Accounts Receivable processes, including denial management, claim follow-ups, and billing (facility & professional).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for AR teams in US Healthcare RCM
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and upskilling sessions
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
- Identify skill gaps and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure training effectiveness
- Stay updated on payer guidelines, compliance, and industry changes
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in AR, denial management, and US healthcare billing
- Experience in hospital and physician billing
- Proven training, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
