Position Objective
(The purpose of role in current business/market scenario)
This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or trainees looking to start a career in sales. The candidate will support the sales team by making outbound calls, generating leads, and helping build a strong sales pipeline while learning the fundamentals of inside sales.
Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations)
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers under guidance
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the field sales/team
- Identify basic customer needs and capture relevant information
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or tracking tools
- Meet daily/weekly activity targets (calls, leads, follow-ups)
- Prepare reports on calling activities and lead status
Academic qualification
- Bachelors degree in Science.
Experience (exposure)
- Fresher
