Job Description
- Qualified Technical/Non-Tech Graduate can apply:
- Support department to create a customer focused approach to resolving Customer Complaints.
- Support to Enhance the ability to resolve complaints in a consistent, systematic, and responsive manner to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Support to achieve the departmental goal and planning to explore departmental activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify the customers challenges and support to the make action plan to eliminate the same.
- Support and involved with necessary Inputs to improvise departmental service level.
- Participate in all activities pertaining to Customer Requirement related to customer Complaint.
- Participate in Customer satisfaction activities including communication with Customer and Customer visit as per the requirement.
- Support to the Department for compliance and execution of departments Internal & External Audits requirements.
- Support to Team Members in relevant Operational Work.
- Be part of the departmental Data Analysis and reporting process pertaining to KEY Figures and KPIs.
