Job Description

  • Qualified Technical/Non-Tech Graduate can apply:
  • Support department to create a customer focused approach to resolving Customer Complaints.
  • Support to Enhance the ability to resolve complaints in a consistent, systematic, and responsive manner to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Support to achieve the departmental goal and planning to explore departmental activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify the customers challenges and support to the make action plan to eliminate the same.
  • Support and involved with necessary Inputs to improvise departmental service level.
  • Participate in all activities pertaining to Customer Requirement related to customer Complaint.
  • Participate in Customer satisfaction activities including communication with Customer and Customer visit as per the requirement.
  • Support to the Department for compliance and execution of departments Internal & External Audits requirements.
  • Support to Team Members in relevant Operational Work.
  • Be part of the departmental Data Analysis and reporting process pertaining to KEY Figures and KPIs.
