Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Applied Continuous Improvement Engineer.
Only candidates with 23 years of relevant work experience will be considered. Candidates with less than 2 years or more than 3 years of experience are not eligible for this role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between manufacturing users and the product development team by clearly articulating customer needs.
- Analyze product functionalities and assess their relevance, usability, and value from a customers manufacturing perspective.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies and concepts in IT to evolve as a manufacturing domain expert for digital products.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for newly developed features by validating them from a customer and shop-floor user perspective.
- Ensure new features align with real manufacturing workflows, usability expectations, and business outcomes before release.
- Develop and maintain training material to help users easily understand and adopt the RHEOs product.
- Illustrate real-time manufacturing line operations by demonstrating mock production line setups within the office environment.
- Use mock line demonstrations to explain product workflows, system behavior, and manufacturing scenarios to customers and internal teams.
- Learning to use and applying Rheos AI/ML tools continuously.
- Guide the team through Agile/Scrum processes.
- Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Act as a facilitator to ensure a smooth workflow, addressing challenges promptly.
- Keep track of the team's progress using Agile metrics like velocity and story points.
- Use data-driven insights to assess performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
