Job Description

Hiring Alert | Shift Lead L1 Application Support

Looking for strong Technical Support Leads who can drive operations, manage escalations, and lead high-performing support teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 6+ Years with 12 Years in Lead/Shift Lead role

Location: Bangalore (Mostly Remote)

CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Shift: US Overlap

Immediate Joiners Only


Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in managing and leading teams of 10+ members in a production support environment

Expertise in Queue Management, SLA Monitoring & Escalation Handling

Experience in Process Improvement

Strong exposure to Chat Support / Chat Ticketing Process

ITIL & Incident Management knowledge

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.


Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds + 1 Mandatory F2F Interview
