We are hiring for AML & FRM Application Support Engineer and Lead

Location: IBL House, Andheri (WFO)

Preferred candiates from Mumbai only

Overall Job Description

• Through functional and technical knowledge of enterprise fraud and anti-money laundering application
• Fraud used by online channels - keeping it up and running 24 * 7 is the key role
• Reporting periodical MIS on the performance of the application
• Should be proactive in identifying, reporting and resolving the issues on timely manner
• Ensure DR and continuity of applications for business
• Adhering to audit, security compliance and implementing for applications supported
• Handling incident management
• Identifying and resolving technical issues

EDUCATION - B.Tech / B.E / B.ScIT Graduate or Post Graduate

WORK EXPERIENCE - 3yrs to 10 yrs of work experience in Application

Any specific requirements

• Preferably from Banking / BFSI Space
• Must be able to work under pressure

Technical Skills Requirement:

• Excellent experience in managing Application Support (Operations) activities across Linux, windows, Oracle, PL/SQL, etc.
• Should have strong functional knowledge of products and features
