Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide application support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across critical business systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) by independently handling incidents and contributing to problem resolution.
- Analyze system performance and ensure applications run efficiently and reliably.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
- Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issues and resolutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and performance.
- Work with monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in application support or software engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience in troubleshooting RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management concepts.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Exposure to application monitoring and performance tuning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience working in collaborative, Agile environments.
