Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide application support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across critical business systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) by independently handling incidents and contributing to problem resolution.
• Analyze system performance and ensure applications run efficiently and reliably.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve software issues.
• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
• Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge base.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issues and resolutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and performance.
• Work with monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in application support or software engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience in troubleshooting RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to application monitoring and performance tuning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience working in collaborative, Agile environments.
