We are seeking an experiencedApplication Support Engineerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of sophisticated medical equipment includingLasers, Microwave Ablation systems, Surgical Microscopes, and Radiology equipment.

• Install, configure, and commission medical devices at customer sites (hospitals, surgical centers, clinics)
• Provide application support forLaparoscopy, Microwave Ablation, Lasers, Surgical Microscopes, and Radiology equipment
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to medical devices and software
• Conduct training sessions for surgeons, doctors, and hospital staff on equipment operation
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of medical equipment
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document service reports, maintenance logs, and technical feedback
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely on-site support

• Bachelor's/Master's degreein Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 1015 yearsof experience in medical device industry
• Proven expertisein installation and support of:
• Laser systems for medical applications
• Microwave Ablation equipment
• Surgical Microscopes
• Radiology equipment (X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound)
• Laparoscopy systems
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and safety standards
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

• Experience with minimally invasive surgical technologies
• Knowledge of electromagnetic safety standards for medical equipment
• Certification in biomedical equipment maintenance
• Prior experience in application support or clinical engineering role
