Qualification- Diploma/BE / B Tech degree in Computer Science or related field

JD-

Troubleshoot and Narrow Down Issues related to Application issues (Linux, Oracle, SQL)

Coordinate with respective functional teams for Resolution

Escalate to Manager as per the Guidelines

Create and share the Necessary documents for issue resolution Update records, checklists etc.,

Up gradation of software, Performance tuning, SLA management, Audit compliances, Security compliances

Fix the Application related issues

Escalate to senior management and support teams

DYCIMP related compliances

Work with team members for understanding their needs and guide them on issues

Work with other IT teams for services requests and operations support

Coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
