We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for EdTech platforms and production systems. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, handling incidents, monitoring batch jobs, resolving API/backend issues, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2/L3 production support issues
• Troubleshoot API, backend, and application-related problems
• Monitor batch jobs and production systems
• Work on SQL queries and log analysis for issue resolution
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and deployments
• Maintain SLA adherence and incident tracking
• Support release and deployment activities

Required Skills

• Experience in production/application support
• Good SQL knowledge
• API troubleshooting using Postman or similar tools
• Linux/Unix basics
• Exposure to Jenkins, Git, Jira
• Understanding of ITIL/support processes
• Basic Python or scripting knowledge
