As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying root causes of disruptions, and ensuring seamless operation across multiple platforms. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving system environments to maintain stability and support business continuity, while collaborating with different teams to address complex challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of privileged access security principles and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to access management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with integration of privileged access management tools within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
