- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage incident resolution effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues within multi-tiered applications.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control systems.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to design and implement sustainable solutions that improve system reliability and user experience.
