Must have:

1. Experience in handling Application Packaging for Enterprise Client using InstallShield including custom made packages for client requirements; experience in packaging, deploying and troubleshooting webapps, web configurations, add-ins, drivers; experience of applications related to Firewall, Ports, proxy, drivers, and user components.
2. Experience in deployment via SCCM to Windows devices and troubleshooting deployments, including planning and coordination of deployments.
3. Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation on custom made requirements and Microsoft PSAppDeployToolkit experience.
4. Software Deployment Lifecycle experience which includes planning and implementing Software packaging, Testing (UAT, Pilot), deployment requirements, dependencies, custom requirements and client facing coordination.
5. Windows OS Knowledge and Experience in troubleshooting application functionality and installation behavior on devices
6. Experience in ServiceNow for handling requests and incidents and completing the tasks within timeline.
