Ensure Application repackaging requirements are understood and plan, implement packaging, testing and deployments on clients requirements within accepted timelines

Provide 3rd level functional, installation troubleshooting throughout lifecycle and the coordination required for the same.

Ensure we meet the businesss expectations around user experience

Good Communication and Coordination skills

Create, review and maintain documentation for team as well as helpdesk
