About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven App Marketing Executive to manage and scale mobile app growth across Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in app installs, app engagement campaigns, ASO (App Store Optimization), paid media campaigns, analytics tracking, and user retention strategies.
The candidate should understand how to grow mobile applications through both organic and paid marketing channels while improving app visibility, installs, activation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
App Growth & User Acquisition
- Plan and execute app marketing campaigns to increase installs and active users.
- Run paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other app promotion platforms.
- Optimize CPI (Cost Per Install), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, and retention metrics.
- Develop user acquisition strategies for Android and iOS apps.
App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and creatives.
- Improve app rankings and visibility on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis.
- Monitor app reviews and ratings to improve store performance.
ATL & BTL Marketing
- Plan and execute ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) campaigns for app awareness and user acquisition.
- Coordinate offline marketing activities including events, kiosks, activations, partnerships, flyers, standees, and branding campaigns.
- Work on influencer collaborations, college activations, corporate tie-ups, and community engagement campaigns.
- Support outdoor branding, radio promotions, print campaigns, and local awareness campaigns where required.
- Ensure offline campaigns align with digital app growth strategies.
Campaign Management
- Create and monitor app install campaigns, engagement campaigns, and remarketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for ad creatives.
- A/B test app creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track app performance using Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Monitor installs, DAU, MAU, retention, churn rate, and conversion funnels.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify user behavior trends and recommend growth strategies.
Retention & Engagement
- Plan push notification campaigns and re-engagement strategies.
- Work on referral campaigns, loyalty campaigns, and onboarding flows.
- Improve app retention and user engagement.
- Coordinate with product and development teams for feature launches.
Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX, development, content, and creative teams.
- Coordinate with influencers, affiliates, and external marketing partners when required.
- Stay updated with app marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of mobile app marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google App Campaigns.
- Knowledge of ASO tools and techniques.
- Understanding of Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience in app growth strategy and user acquisition.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, fintech, gaming, or consumer mobile apps.
- Experience in handling both Android and iOS app campaigns.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and app partnerships.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and app conversion optimization.
