Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a focus on understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and problem-solving are key aspects throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure application designs are scalable and maintainable.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align application development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Experience in front-end technologies related to SAP UI5 such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and responsive design techniques.
- Ability to integrate SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization in SAP UI5 applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
