Job Description

Position Summary

The Application Consultant (Speech Analytics or DPA Product) plays a critical role in delivering highquality implementation, training, and consulting services for Verint applications. This role is customerfacing and combines product expertise, consulting skills, instructional delivery, and project ownership to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes and realize full value from their Verint solutions.

Key Responsibilities


Product Proficiency & Solution Delivery

  • Design, configure, test, and deliver Verint applications based on customer requirements and desired business outcomes.
  • Interpret customer needs, translate them into solution designs, and execute configuration aligned to best practices.
  • Understand software tools, process workflows, integrations, and adapters across Verints product ecosystem.
  • Perform data validation to support solution delivery.
  • Stay current with product updates, new features, and industry best practices.


Training & Enablement

  • Deliver engaging and confident instructorled training (virtual or onsite).
  • Tailor delivery style to diverse audiences, from end users to administrators.
  • Apply adult learning principles to improve knowledge retention and customer confidence.
  • Support development of training assets, documentation, and internal knowledge base materials as needed.


Consulting & Customer Engagement

  • Lead design workshops, requirementsgathering sessions, and bestpractice discussions with customers.
  • Provide strategic guidance to help customers maximize value from their Verint investments.
  • Translate business challenges into solution recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, driving engagement, satisfaction, and solution adoption.


Project Ownership & Time Management

  • Manage multiple customer engagements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
  • Maintain strong documentation habits across customer deliverables, meeting notes, training materials, and status updates.
  • Complete internal administrative tasks promptly, including timesheets, project documentation, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot issues collaboratively with internal teams and ensure resolution paths are clear and wellcommunicated.
  • Apply an analytical mindset to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.


Qualifications

  • Above 8yrs of Experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementation and training.
  • Background in customerfacing roles such as consulting, onboarding, business analysis, training, or value realization.
  • Deep understanding of one or more Verint application areas:
  • Speech Analytics
  • Desktop & Process Analytics (DPA)
  • Working knowledge of Customer Experience concepts and Contact Centre operations.
