Application Consultant

We are hiring a WorkForce Software Application Consultant with strong experience in Time & Attendance configuration and WorkForce Suite implementations. The ideal candidate should hold the PT102 (Time & Configuration) certification and have hands-on expertise in configuring workflows, calculations, screen layouts, and complex business rules within WorkForce Software solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful implementations, perform testing activities, support go-live deployments, and ensure high-quality solution delivery. Strong analytical, configuration, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure WorkForce Suite based on client requirements
• Develop complex formulas and business logic
• Perform unit/system testing and support UAT
• Support data loads and go-live activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Review deliverables for quality and accuracy
• Support mentoring, training, and team coordination

Mandatory Requirement

• PT102 Certification (Time & Configuration)
• Experience with WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite
• Candidates currently working with ADP will not be considered
