Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and standardize new food products in line with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct product trials, recipe formulation, and process optimization for new and existing products.
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Operations, QA, and Production teams for successful product development and commercialization.
  • Prepare product specifications, recipes, BOMs, and process parameters for production implementation.
  • Coordinate customer sample preparation, presentation, and feedback incorporation.
  • Ensure developed products meet quality, food safety, regulatory, and customer standards.
  • Support factory trials and first commercial production runs to ensure product consistency.
  • Conduct sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies for developed products.
  • Identify innovative ingredients, market trends, and new product opportunities relevant to business growth.
  • Optimize recipes for cost, yield, taste, texture, and operational feasibility.
  • Maintain proper documentation related to product development activities and trial records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for existing products and processes.
  • Coordinate with procurement team for sourcing and evaluation of new raw materials and ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company food safety standards during product development activities.
  • Provide technical support during customer visits, audits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Train production teams on new recipes, cooking methods, plating, and product handling requirements where applicable.
  • Monitor competitor products and industry trends to support innovation pipeline development.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings related to product launches, customer complaints, and improvement initiatives.
