Job Title: Appfolio Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM

Experience: 1+ years (Mandatory experience with AppFolio)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Appfolio Accountant responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, including handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and year-end closing of books
• Maintain and manage General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports, including Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Manage invoice processing activities
• Prepare management reports such as budgets, fixed assets, and cash flow statements
• Reconcile intercompany balances
• Analyse open items and coordinate with respective teams for resolution
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 14 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a shared services environment is a plus
