Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Animator to join the visual storytelling team at Another Idea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling 2D/3D motion graphics, animated videos, and visual assets that enhance brand campaigns for premium real estate projects. This role requires someone who can transform concepts into engaging visual narratives for digital campaigns, launch films, social media content, and presentation assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos for real estate marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and video teams to develop campaign visuals.
• Translate brand concepts, architectural plans, and marketing ideas into impactful animated content.
• Work on project launch videos, digital ads, walkthrough presentations, and social media reels.
• Design engaging visual effects, transitions, typography animation, and compositing for campaign films.
• Ensure animation output aligns with brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Stay updated with animation trends, AI-assisted creative tools, and emerging design techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in animation, preferably in advertising, creative agency, or media production.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Cinema 4D / Blender
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of motion design, timing, storytelling, lighting, and composition.
• Experience working on real estate visuals, architectural walkthroughs, or lifestyle campaigns is a strong plus.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
