Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a strategic, detailoriented, and resultsdriven Lead/Senior Google Analytics Developer to enhance our data analytics capabilities and deliver actionable insights that directly influence business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Google BigQuery, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Looker, and Google Tag Manager, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis using BigQuery and SQL to extract insights and identify business opportunities.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders across business functions.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of GA4, including event strategy, enhanced measurement setup, and custom configurations.
• Own and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations across web and app to ensure accurate tracking and tag governance.
• Implement and optimize ServerSide Tagging (GTMSS) for improved data accuracy, privacy compliance, and performance optimization.
• Build, maintain, and enhance scalable dashboards in Looker / Looker Studio to support reporting and decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing, product, tech, leadership) to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Present insights and findings in a clear, simple, and nontechnical manner to senior stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy/security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• 8+years of handson experience in analytics, business intelligence, or digital analytics.
• Strong expertise in Google BigQuery, including advanced SQL for analytics and data modeling.
• Deep understanding of GA4 architecture, event taxonomy, and troubleshooting practices.
• Proficiency in Looker / Looker Studio for building dashboards and scalable data models.
• Handson experience with Google Tag Manager (Web/App) and ServerSide Tagging (GTMSS).
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely.
• Strong communication skills to simplify technical insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
• Excellent problemsolving, analytical thinking, and stakeholdermanagement abilities
