Were hiring a player-manager to lead Kytes analytics functionowning customer insights delivery, team leadership, and the BI roadmap. This role combines hands-on analytics, client engagement, and people management.

Role Overview

Drive end-to-end analytics for enterprise clients while building scalable BI solutions and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engagements from requirements to dashboard delivery
• Act as the primary analytics partner; present insights to CXOs and business leaders
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Mentor and manage a team of Data Analysts / BI Developers
• Own BI roadmap, data modelling standards, and dashboard frameworks
• Ensure scalable, high-performance Power BI solutions
• Drive predictive analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
• Stay hands-on with SQL, Power BI, and data analysis

Requirements

• 4-6 years in Data Analytics / BI; 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and Excel skills
• Experience in data modelling, DAX, and performance optimization
• Business storytelling, stakeholder management, and CXO communication
• Python and predictive analytics experience is a plus
• B2B SaaS background preferred
