Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRE CMBS/CLO Analyst with experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) securitization, loan data management, and due diligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining loan-level collateral data tapes for CMBS and CRE CLO transactions while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with client and transaction requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Review, update, validate, and maintain loan-level data tapes for CRE CLO and CMBS collateral pools.

* Verify loan, property, and borrower information against source documents including loan agreements, appraisals, rent rolls, operating statements, and other due diligence reports.

* Reconcile data tape fields with offering memorandums, term sheets, and securitization documents, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

* Track and update key collateral performance metrics such as Loan-to-Value (LTV), Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), occupancy levels, loan maturities, extension options, and cash flow metrics.

* Review and clear exception reports received from clients, auditors, and accounting firms, ensuring timely updates to data tapes.

* Compile and maintain Excel-based collateral data tapes by populating required fields related to loan terms, property information, tenant data, third-party reports, and financial performance.

* Analyse and interpret third-party reports including Appraisals, Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Engineering Reports, and CoStar reports.

* Support due diligence, securitization, and transaction execution activities by ensuring data integrity and completeness.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve data-related issues and maintain accurate transaction records.

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) CMBS and CLO transactions.

* Hands-on experience with CRE loan data tapes and collateral review processes.

* Strong knowledge of commercial real estate lending and securitization concepts.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

* Ability to interpret appraisals, PCA reports, CoStar reports, and other third-party due diligence documents.

* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 25 years of experience in CRE CMBS/CLO securitization, underwriting, due diligence, or collateral operations.

* Familiarity with commercial real estate lending policies, credit analysis, risk management, and securitization processes.

* Experience working with U.S. CRE loan portfolios and structured finance transactions is preferred.
