Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting complex technical issues across enterprise systems while coordinating with vendors and analyzing interdependencies between applications
• Managing server environments independently through established protocols while identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization
• Developing comprehensive training materials and conducting advanced technical sessions for enterprise systems and applications
• Implementing multi-phase IT projects independently while coordinating resources and maintaining alignment with organizational objectives
• Creating specialized analytical tools and reports to transform complex technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Resolving advanced technical challenges through independent analysis while providing detailed documentation and knowledge transfer
• Mentoring junior team members on technical procedures while maintaining system performance and reliability standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing IT infrastructure capabilities
• Evaluating system requirements and recommending solutions based on in-depth technical expertise and business needs analysis
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
