Analog Design Engineer

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Analog Layout Engineer with hands-on expertise in 5nm technology. The role requires a strong individual contributor who can independently handle complex analog/mixed-signal layout design from concept to tape-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end layout design for analog/mixed-signal blocks (PLL, ADC/DAC, LDO, bandgap, etc.)
• Perform floorplanning, matching, routing, and parasitic optimization
• Ensure DRC/LVS/ERC compliance and high-quality tape-out deliverables
• Work closely with circuit/design teams for layout optimization and debug
• Support post-layout verification and silicon validation

Strong Individual Contributor

• Independently drive complex layout tasks with minimal supervision
• Take full ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Proactively solve layout challenges and make design decisions
• Provide technical support/mentorship when needed

Required Skills

• 8+ years in analog/mixed-signal layout
• Experience in advanced nodes (5nm preferred)
• Strong knowledge of matching, parasitics, and layout techniques
• Hands-on with Cadence Virtuoso and verification tools
