AMS & Real Number Modeling Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Own AMS verification for IPs/subsystems from spec to sign-off
• Develop and maintain Real Number Models (wreal) for analog blocks
• Collaborate closely with analog and digital design teams
• Debug and analyze failures across mixed-signal domains
• Enhance and maintain AMS testbenches and verification environments
• Drive coverage closure, waivers, and sign-off documentation

Key Skills

• Strong experience in Verilog/SystemVerilog and AMS methodologies
• Hands-on expertise in Real Number Modeling (RNM / wreal)
• Understanding of analog circuits and abstraction techniques
• Experience with mixed-signal verification flows
• Familiarity with industry tools (Cadence AMS / Synopsys VCS AMS preferred)
