Hiring: E-commerce Marketplace Operations Executive (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy, Walmart, and our own website.

Job Type:

Full-Time/On-Site (Jaipur, Rajasthan)

Salary:

20,000 30,000 per month (Based on expertise & experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Product listing creation & management across marketplaces

Order processing, returns, cancellations & refunds handling

A-Z Claim management & dispute resolution

Complete FBA process management (shipment planning, reconciliation, reimbursements)

Inventory monitoring & stock management

Maintain account health metrics

Reporting & Analytics (Core Responsibility)

Create structured daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports including:

• Clicks
• CPC
• Impressions
• CTR
• ACOS / TACOS
• ROAS
• Sessions
• Conversion Rate
• Sales Revenue
• Units Sold
• AOV
• Refund / Return / Cancellation Rate
• Inventory Aging
• Buy Box %
• Account Health Metrics

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills required (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards).

Requirements:

• 13+ years experience in marketplace operations
• Hands-on experience managing multiple platforms
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented & organized
