Job Description Amazon Connect Developer Implementation Support

Role Summary

The Junior Amazon Connect Developer will support implementation and maintenance of Amazon Connect solutions This role includes working on contact flows Lambdas APIs Lex bots preparing configurations and assisting senior developers in deployments and support tasks

Key Responsibilities

1 Implementation Support

Build and update Amazon Connect contact flows basic to medium complexity

Develop Lambda functions in Nodejs or Python for routing logic API calls and data handling

Work on DynamoDB tables S3 buckets and basic API Gateway configuration

Assist in building Lex V2 bots and integrating with Amazon Connect

Implement simple thirdparty integrations under guidance CRM SMS Email etc

Prepare IVR prompts testing scenarios and JSON configuration files

2 Support Activities

Investigate L1L2 support tickets for flow issues API errors or misrouting

Debug logs using CloudWatch

Fix minor issues in Lambdas and flows

Provide daily support and monitoring in all environments DevQAUATProd

3 CICD Support

Work with senior team members on

o Deploying Lambdas via pipelines

o Validating build artifacts

o Promoting Lex bots and flows

Maintain Git repositories commit quality code and resolve merge conflicts

4 Documentation Coordination

Update TDDs configuration sheets and release notes

Participate in client reviews demos and UAT support

Required Skills

Good understanding of Amazon Connect basics

Programming knowledge Nodejs or Python

Basic Lambda development and API consumption skills

JSON handling REST API fundamentals

Exposure to Amazon Lex bots

Understanding of DynamoDB S3 and IAM basics

Ability to read logs and troubleshoot

Preferred

Basic CICD awareness

Understanding of cloud concepts

Eagerness to learn automation and integrations
