Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and data-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team. You should be hands-on with how Amazon ads truly work, not just to run campaigns, but to scale performance and grow visibility in a competitive health & wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor tracking, and campaign expansion
  • Analyze performance data, reduce ACOS, and grow revenue
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align listing and ad strategy
  • Stay updated with Amazon algo shifts, trends, and category benchmarks
  • Contribute to A+ content strategy, listing optimization, and growth planning


Ideal Candidate

  • Strong Amazon Ads / Performance Marketing / E-commerce Marketing Profiles.
  • Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for consumer-facing brands (D2C / E-commerce)
  • Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in end-to-end Amazon Ads campaign management, including campaign setup, optimization, bid strategy, and scaling performance
  • Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong understanding of key Amazon advertising metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate, with a demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for revenue growth and cost efficiency
  • Mandatory (Core Skills): Hands-on expertise in keyword research, search term analysis, competitor tracking, and campaign expansion strategies within Amazon ecosystem
  • Mandatory (Experience 5 Working knowledge of Amazon listing optimization, including A+ Content, product detail pages, and alignment between ads and organic strategy
  • Mandatory (Domain): Must have experience working with E-commerce / D2C / Consumer brands (preferably in Health & Wellness, FMCG, or similar high-competition categories
