What Youll Do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting for maximum ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights using data
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve ad performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, catalog, sales) to drive growth
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate performance clearly

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)
• Deep understanding of Amazon ecosystem, PPC strategies, and attribution
• Ability to translate data into strategy and business impact
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Bonus Points:

• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or advanced analytics
