Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement new algorithmic trading strategies.

Handle complete strategy lifecycle including ideation, backtesting, optimization, and execution. Monitor existing strategies regularly and identify improvement opportunities.

Analyze market activity, trends, and trading behavior.

Design and improve low-slippage execution algorithms for intraday trading.

Research trading ideas from external platforms, seminars, and social media channels.

Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management review.

Maintain proper documentation for trading strategies and models.

Continuously monitor strategy performance and risk parameters.
