Role Summary

• Manage and grow the Algo Trading + API + B2B Partner ecosystem
• Drive partnerships with third-party algo platforms, prop trading firms, and institutional clients
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations for algo/API trading

Key Responsibilities

Algo Trading & API Business

• Expand API-based trading adoption across retail, HNI, and institutional segments
• Build strategy for Algo Trading products, execution APIs, and partner integrations
• Support high-frequency and low-latency trading ecosystem development

B2B Partner Acquisition

• Identify and onboard third-party algo trading partners (platforms, strategy creators, fintechs)
• Develop partnerships with:
• Algo startups
• Trading communities
• Prop trading firms
• Institutional desks

Third-Party Integrations

• Coordinate with Product & Tech teams for API integration and onboarding

Regulatory & Compliance Ownership

• Ensure adherence to SEBI Algo Trading regulations and exchange circulars
• Work with Compliance team for:
• Algo approvals
• Client consent frameworks
• Acquire high-volume options and derivatives traders through API offerings

Industry & Broker Ecosystem Mapping

• Track competitor broker API offerings and partnership models
• Develop market intelligence across major brokerage houses
• Represent company at fintech events, expos, algo conventions, and industry forums
• Structure commercial agreements and partner models

Team & Execution Leadership

• B2B Algo Partner Desk operations
• Drive partner activation, servicing, and business excellence SOPs

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Algo Trading, APIs, and broker ecosystem
• Knowledge of SEBI algo regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in fintech partnerships, institutional trading, or API product growth
• Strong coordination with Product, Tech, and Compliance stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years in:
• Algo trading platforms
• Broker API business
• Fintech partnerships
• Prop/institutional trading ecosystem
• Network with algo providers, prop desks, and trading communities
