Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site AI Video Editor role based in Gurugram. The AI Video Editor will work closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to design, edit, and deliver high-quality AI-powered video content for various use cases, including personalized campaigns and large-scale enterprise deployments. Responsibilities include editing raw and AI-generated footage, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring videos follow brand, quality, and technical standards. The role involves collaborating on video concepts and storyboards, optimizing workflows for high-volume production, and adapting content for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios. The AI Video Editor will also provide feedback on AI video tools, experiment with new features, and help maintain an efficient, organized asset and project management process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing projects from initial brief to final delivery.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring consistent visual tone, mood, and brand alignment across all video outputs.
• Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging overlays, transitions, titles, and visual enhancements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar NLE and motion tools).
• Experience working with AI or template-based video workflows, or strong willingness to learn and adapt to new AI tools and pipelines.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-turnaround projects while maintaining attention to detail and consistent quality.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, formats, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., web, mobile, social).
