AI Technical Project Manager

About Position:

This role is for an AI Technical Project Manager responsible for driving end-to-end delivery while embedding AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making into project execution. The candidate will focus on enhancing productivity, optimizing delivery processes, and enabling high-performing engineering teams through AI-led innovations.

What You'll Do:

• Project Delivery & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; and ensure high-quality, on-time execution
• AI & Automation-Driven Delivery Automate routine project management activities using AI tools and leverage Copilot / GenAI tools for status reporting, meeting summaries, risk tracking, and documentation driving an automation-first execution culture
• SDLC Governance Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / DevOps processes and embed AI across SDLC phases (AI-assisted requirements, AI-enabled development & testing, and automated monitoring & reporting) to improve sprint velocity and cycle times
• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams; act as the interface between technical teams and stakeholders; and provide governance updates and executive reporting
• Data-Driven Decision Making Use AI insights and dashboards to predict risks and delivery delays, optimise resource utilisation, and track productivity and quality metrics
• Continuous Improvement Drive adoption of AI tools across teams, identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements, and contribute to reusable accelerators and best practices

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in Project / Program Management (8+ years)
• Deep understanding of the SDLC (Agile / DevOps / Waterfall), with a proven track record of driving complex delivery programs
• AI & Automation (Must-Have): working knowledge of GenAI / LLMs / Copilot tools and AI use cases in software delivery, with hands-on experience automating workflows and improving delivery efficiency using AI tools
• Tools & Technologies: Azure DevOps / Jira / Confluence; Power BI / Excel / dashboards; and exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools
• Preferred Qualifications: experience in AI / GenAI / Data Engineering projects; exposure to the Azure ecosystem (ADF, Fabric, AI services); and PMP / Scrum Master certification
