Summary Description:

The AI Workflow & Automation Lead Developer is a technical leader responsible for executing the development of scalable internal AI and automation tools that increase organizational capability and efficiency. Reporting to the AI Workflow & Automation Manager, this role partners closely on architecture and roadmap development while leading the execution, build quality, and technical delivery of core systems. This individual brings a strong developer mindset to system design discussions and ensures that tools are architected for scalability, flexibility, and speed. This is a high-velocity internal innovation role focused on rapid iteration, MVP development, and extensible system design rather than traditional production engineering cycles.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead development of internal AI and automation systems
• Partner on architecture, roadmap, and system design decisions
• Build scalable, modular, and extensible tools
• Prioritize MVPs, speed, and rapid iteration
• Translate business workflows into technical execution plans
• Own build quality, integration, and technical consistency
• Mentor junior developers and guide development standards
• Collaborate with crossfunctional and global teams

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Solid experience working with Snowflake
• Handson experience on AWS (cloud services, integrations)
• Experience with Python is added advantage

Requirement:

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience building web apps, internal platforms, or automation systems
• Solid system design and modular architecture skills
• Experience with APIs, AI tools, or workflow automation platforms
• Comfortable working in agile, fastmoving environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
