Job Title: AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI leader who can drive endtoend architecture, solution design, and delivery execution for our AI initiatives. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong program leadership to ensure AI solutions are well-architected, robust, scalable, and successfully delivered into production. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in designing advanced AI systems while also coordinating execution across engineering, business, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and architect scalable AI systems, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, ML models, and data-driven AI solutions.
• Lead the full lifecycle of model developmentfrom exploration and experimentation to deployment and performance tuning.
• Define architectural standards, reference patterns, best practices, and governance for AI adoption across teams.
• Provision, manage, and optimize AI platforms, cloud environments, development tools, and licenses.
• Architect high-performance compute clusters, data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and infrastructure for large-scale AI workloads.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and KPIs for performance, scalability, adoption, and business impact.
• Manage infrastructure cost models and optimize compute and cloud-resource utilization.

AI Project Delivery & Execution

• Drive AI project execution from concept to deployment, ensuring stakeholder alignment, clarity, timelines, and high-quality outcomes.
• Build PoCs, prototypes, and models to validate feasibility and accelerate adoption for business users.
• Oversee AI infrastructure readiness, software tooling, and cloud resources to support execution and scaling.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, compliance, security, and external partners for seamless project onboarding.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities across Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Market Intelligence, and other business units.
• Share insights on emerging AI capabilities and trends to influence product roadmaps and organizational strategy.
• Foster external collaboration with universities, startups, and industry experts to accelerate innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, AI architecture, platform engineering, technical program management, preferably in automotive or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems, including LLMs, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), vector databases, RAG systems, and AI frameworks.
• Experience managing AI infrastructure, compute clusters, cloud credits, cost optimization, and dev environments.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and scalable system design.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ecosystem tools (JIRA, Confluence).
