AI Search & Answer Engine Optimization

Role Summary:

We are looking for an AI Search Optimization Specialist with expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and SEO. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing Copilot, and Google SGE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute GEO strategies to improve AI citations and visibility in LLM-generated responses.
• Optimize content for AEO, including featured snippets, voice search, and AI-generated answers.
• Create AI-friendly content such as pillar pages, FAQs, and knowledge hubs.
• Implement schema markup and structured data for better machine readability.
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO improvements.
• Monitor AI search trends, algorithm updates, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to enhance search visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience in AEO, GEO, and SEO.
• Strong understanding of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing Copilot, and Google SGE.
• Expertise in schema markup, structured data, technical SEO, and semantic search.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with AI content optimization, Knowledge Graphs, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
