Job Title: Project Manager (AI / Agentic AI)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with exposure to AI and Agentic AI-driven projects. The candidate should be hands-on in managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI/ML, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder communication, provide regular updates, and manage expectations effectively.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure smooth coordination between technical and business teams.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in project management principles and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Exposure to AI / Agentic AI-based projects.
• Strong experience in project tracking, milestone planning, and delivery management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in AI/ML or emerging technology projects.
• PMP / Scrum certification is a plus.

• Candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience in project management can be considered.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication are key for this role.
