Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer with deep expertise in building and scaling production-grade GenAI systems. This role demands strong ownership across LLM architecture, backend engineering, and distributed AI systems.

If youve moved beyond POCs and have hands-on experience delivering real-world AI products at scale, this opportunity is for you.

Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)

GenAI & LLM Systems

• Strong hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
• Hybrid search, re-ranking techniques
• Embeddings & semantic search
• Vector search mechanisms
• Deep understanding of LLM system designPrompt engineering & optimization
• Orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
• Context management & chaining strategies
• Proven experience building production-grade AI systems (not just POCs)

Backend & System Engineering

• Strong backend expertise:
• API development (FastAPI / Flask)
• Microservices architecture
• Scalable & distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with AI agents / conversational AI frameworksMulti-agent workflows
• Chatbot / agent-based architectures
• Experience with vector databasesPinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Python

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS ecosystem (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EKS)
• Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes for scalable deployments

Key Responsibilities

• Design & implement end-to-end RAG-based AI systems
• Build & deploy LLM-powered applications and agent-based solutions
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs for AI workloads
• Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI pipelines
• Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails & AI safety practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions

Qualification Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in AI / Backend Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in production deployment of LLM-based systems
• Strong understanding of scalable system design & architecture
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of AI platforms
