The Role:

Central to Kalvium's program is the HEROS (Higher Education Real-time Operating System) platform - India's first learning observability platform. In this role with Kalvium, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and student experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving the execution of key initiatives/features.

1. Hands-on product engineering depth : you have built and shipped meaningful backend or full-stack systems yourself, not just coordinated teams.

2. Strong systems thinking : you can reason clearly about data flow, APIs, auth/permissions, background jobs, scale, reliability, and multi-tenant product architecture.

3. Ownership under ambiguity : you can take a loosely defined problem, ask the right questions, shape the solution, and drive it to production.

4. AI-Native engineering workflow : you actively use tools like Cursor / Claude / Copilot (or similar) in a thoughtful way to code, review, test, and move faster.
