We are looking for an AI Model Trainer to develop, evaluate, and refine AI models by working closely with training data, annotations, and feedback loops. This role is critical in improving model performance, accuracy, and real-world applicability.

Role Overview

As an AI Model Trainer at Scry AI, you will be responsible for preparing datasets, evaluating model outputs, and continuously improving AI systems through structured feedback and training workflows. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure models perform effectively across use cases.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in working at the intersection of data, AI, and model performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Model Training & Data Preparation

• Prepare and curate datasets for training AI models
• Support training processes by organizing and structuring data
• Ensure high-quality data inputs for model performance

Model Evaluation & Feedback

• Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Identify errors, edge cases, and inconsistencies
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance

Annotation & Data Quality Management

• Work on data labeling and annotation tasks where required
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in annotated datasets
• Maintain quality standards across training data

Collaboration & Workflow Support

• Work closely with data scientists and engineering teams
• Support development of training pipelines and workflows
• Assist in refining guidelines and training processes

Continuous Improvement & Documentation

• Document training processes, findings, and improvements
• Stay updated with AI/ML trends and model training techniques
• Contribute to improving efficiency and scalability of training workflows

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in AI model training, data annotation, or related roles
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP or data processing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to evaluate data and model outputs critically
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with data tools and workflows
