About Qubitara Solara

At Qubitara, we are building an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant Agentic AI platform designed to autonomously help businesses grow their digital presence across social media, web, messaging, and online communities. Acting like an AI Growth Employee, the system monitors trends, creates and publishes content, analyses engagement, and continuously optimizes growth strategies without manual effort.

We are looking for a passionate AI & ML Intern to join our core team and contribute directly to Solara's intelligence layer.

What You'll Work On

• Fine-tuning and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs) for brand-voice content generation
• Building and testing multi-agent pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
• Designing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows for enterprise knowledge bases
• Supporting Claude API (Anthropic) integrations for agent orchestration and reasoning
• Developing prompt engineering strategies for content quality, tone consistency, and task routing
• Assisting in AI evaluation harnesses benchmarking agent output quality, safety, and accuracy
• Contributing to trend analysis models and engagement prediction experiments
• Collaborating with our CTO and R&D Head on architecture decisions for Solara's AI core

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic AI frameworks
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms AWS preferred (Bedrock, Lambda, S3 is a bonus)
• Strong curiosity, a builder's mindset, and ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
• Prior projects, GitHub repos, Kaggle rankings, or research papers are a strong plus
